Hey there, I’m Wanda, a small-town mum, entrepreneur, and Registered Health Coach helping people with ME/CFS and Long Covid find hope, healing and happiness.
Author, Registered Health Coach, & 5th generation female entrepreneur. But most importanly I am someone who is 90-95% recovered from Myalgic encephalomyelitis/chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS) even while being a mum in my 40’s.
Less than a decade ago, you could have found me hiking volcanoes in Iceland, ziplining in Whistler, or dancing on the jumbotron in Cancun. I lived for adventure, spending weekends snowboarding, riding motorcycles, and paddleboarding with family and friends.
My life was vibrant and full of energy.
Suddenly, everything changed. I found myself unable to walk upstairs…
Fatigue had me back in bed by 9 am, and brain fog made it impossible to work or drive. It was a massive shift from my active lifestyle, and I struggled to find answers. Years and dozens of specialist appointments I was finally diagnosed with Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS).
Determined to regain control, I used my health and wellness knowledge to create systems that helped me take my life back.
Now, my mission is to support others with ME/CFS or Long Covid, helping them avoid crashes, learn to pace better, and find happiness and purpose.
I understand the isolation and frustration, but I want you to know that you are not alone. Together, we can find new ways to live and thrive despite the challenges of ME/CFS.
